Tonight I want us to think about what it means to be a part of a church.

First of all – lets write down some of the things that are important to us about church and then we will look at some Scripture.

Church can mean whatever you want it to mean at this point –

e.g. meeting place, worship, people

Scripture:

Acts 7: 44-50

Look up hymns together – what ones do we like, find helpful.

What is necessary for a church?

Community orientated?

Worship orientated?

Multi-focussed?
